Where was the Dark Knight Rises filmed at?
To be fair, “Dark Knight” filmed in Chicago for three months; in Pittsburgh and Newark, “Rises” filmed three weeks and two days, respectively (and in New York for about 21/2 weeks). It’s also harder for a city to look its best in the winter, which is when “Rises” takes place.
Why Dark Knight is the best?
One of the reasons for why The Dark Knight holds up today as the best superhero movie ever made, even in the face of Marvel behemoths like Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, is because it is the most grounded and brilliant take on a real-life interpretation of, not just Batman, but a superhero.
Why was Dark Knight Rises bad?
The Dark Knight Rises remains Christopher Nolan’s worst movie because it isn’t about anything. It tries to be about a lot of things, but none of them add up. The best thing you can say about the movie is that it doesn’t feel like a phoned-in contractual obligation as much as hefty text that got away from its author.
Is The Dark Knight Rises underrated?

In addition, Bruce Wayne leaves the Batcave and all his Bat-accessories to Gordon-Levitt’s John Blake (a.k.a. Robin), who will presumably take over as the new Batman. The Dark Knight Rises finale has gotten mixed reactions over the years, but Gordon-Levitt is a fan.
What is after The Dark Knight Rises?
And, by ending Dark Knight Rises with Batman’s “death,” Nolan ensured that the next film cannot simply begin where the trilogy ends, since fans want to see Bruce Wayne and not the adventures of Det.
